Winter solstice + wrapping up 2025!
Dear Vinjoyment friends,
As the winter solstice approaches for those of us in the northern hemisphere, it is a wonderful time to look back before we – like nature – take a moment to pause, whatever that looks like for each of us.
Jean-Philippe and I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who was part of Vinjoyment’s journey this year. From wine tastings at the wine bars we love, to private events in your offices or homes, and even a pop-up wine bar at a vineyard. We are grateful for every single person who supports this project and who is part of a community passionate about wines made in harmony with nature.
We are working on exciting ideas for 2026 and will announce our calendar of events for next year. For now, have a wonderful winter solstice and festive season!!

Private events - let's plan together!
Many of you have asked whether private tasting events are possible – and the answer is yes! I have really enjoyed hosting several private events this festive season. They can take place either at your office or home, or within the private space at some of the wine bars we collaborate with. It’s always fun to plan bespoke themes and line-ups according to your preferences. Please get in touch if you'd like to discuss an event.

The Tailored Cellar - wine boxes by Vinjoyment
Today I dispatched the last curated wine box of 2025! The selection is always in line with the Vinjoyment philosophy (exciting wines made in harmony with nature) – and the bottles come accompanied by descriptions of the wines and their producers. You know we love the stories!
If you would like to have some delicious wines at home but aren't sure where to start, just let me know. I can put a box together with wines chosen specifically for your palate.

What we've been up to...
Harvest in Germany
In late September, I spent a week harvesting with the Glow Glow team in the Nahe region, Germany. The hard physical work on steep vineyards, in cold and rainy weather conditions (and very sticky clothes!), was only a tiny glimpse of the year-long commitment it takes to work with nature and look after healthy vines without any chemicals. Thank you to Pauline, Carl and the entire Baumberger family for an inspiring week that showed us that wine is truly about community.

Wine tastings: Classics with a Twist, Volcanic Wines and Alpine Wines
The most recent tastings at Funky Cellar included spectacular line-ups. We explored feisty wines from volcanic soils and rare gems from Alpine regions, and celebrated the growers defying convention in some of the most traditional regions. We love hosting these tastings and are grateful to each of you who joined us.
We will announce the 2026 calendar soon!
Vinjoyment in Mexico City!
We were thrilled to bring Vinjoyment to my hometown, in collaboration with a fantastic wine bar called Natas in the La Condesa neighbourhood (check it out!). We’ve also come back with some fabulous Mexican wine gems… more on that later on!
Festive special with Woodfine Wine
It was wonderful to kick off the festive spirit with a series of pop-up wine bar nights at the Tithe Barn in Newbarn Farm, alongside Woodfine Wine. This was a perfect example of community, joy and how wine brings us together.
