Summer updates from the vines
Hello Vinjoyment friends,
I'm thrilled to be back in your inbox with some very exciting news and upcoming events. From a wine bar in a vineyard (!) to bespoke food and wine experiences, and a celebration of summer solstice, it's an honour to champion the people and places who bring joy and connection with nature.
Woodfine Wine x Vinjoyment pop-up bar... at the vineyard!
I'm happy to announce our partnership with Woodfine Wine for a seasonal pop-up bar onsite at the vineyard and winery! This is in The Chilterns, just outside London, and it's a real paradise thanks to the biodiverse ecosystem they have restored. Woodfine's approach to making environmentally conscious, high-quality English wine represents everything we believe in.
I have hand-selected a lineup of low-intervention wines (an international selection, plus Woodfine wines!) to offer by the glass and bottle – all crafted in harmony with nature. I'll be pouring them, ready to guide you through the stories, growers and regions behind each sip.
Our launch night is on Thursday, 26 June. Only a couple of seats left! We will announce more dates soon.
FYI for those of you travelling from London: it's a 20-min train journey from Marylebone Station to either Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield or Seer Green & Jordan, and then either a 10min taxi/uber from there to Newbarn Farm (there's a bus too that also takes 10min, but it runs hourly so it depends on your timing!).
A reminder of the summer collaboration with chef Pao Carlini
I've joined forces with the incredible chef Pao Carlini to offer thoughtfully curated food and wine private dining experiences. It's the perfect way to celebrate a special occasion this summer, be it a corporate gathering in your offices or an intimate dinner with family and friends in your home.
Pao and I have created some delicious food and wine pairing menus for you to choose from, but we can always create something completely bespoke to suit your needs - from canapés only to a full set menu (prices starting at £49 pp). We have limited dates available in July and August, so please get in touch to book your event.
