Meet Pao Carlini
Born and raised in Venezuela to a German-Spanish-Italian family, Pao Carlini has been cooking for over 20 years all over the world. Currently based between London and Miami, Pao curates food experiences and does pop-ups and residencies all over the world, showcasing her background, her influences and the food-memories that make her food, connecting people, places and memories.
Meet Lorena Gutiérrez
Lorena is the founder of Vinjoyment, a London-based project making the world of wine dynamic and approachable. Originally from Mexico City, Lorena’s focus is on regenerative viticulture and wines made in harmony with nature. Through storytelling, she brings each bottle to life—highlighting the people, places, and sensory experiences that connect us to nature and her curated wine offering.

What we’re offering
We have curated food and wine pairing menus that represent the best of what we both offer, and which you can enjoy as part of an exciting private dining experience in your home, your offices or any other space that allows for a feast! Below you can see some samples but we also have other offers and we’re always open to creating something tailored to your needs.

Sparkling Delight
Pét Nat sparkling wines served with dressed crab and corn blinis, devilled eggs and caviar. Cava and crémant served with chicken liver parfait on pain d’epices; and to round it off: champagne.
The Island Tour
Take a tasting trip through Europe’s wine producing islands like Mallorca, Sicily and Corsica, alongside some homegrown gems from the UK, accompanied by hearty dishes such as pasta alle sarde with bottarga, and wild boar casserole with chestnuts, fennel and red wine.
